I initially booked my reservation through the Public Storage website to take advantage of an online promotion. I immediately received a call from the site I selected to confirm a reservation and move-in date. Tiara, one of the Customer Service reps, was great. She quickly and efficiently walked me through rental process. There are some upfront one-time costs that a customer needs to be aware of like a lock and administrative fees. Likewise, customers should check if their homeowners or renters insurance covers public storage as you will need coverage. Fortunately, they also have policies for this. Great service, clean facility, and convenient hours and access.
