Never used a storage unit before and was pleasantly surprised. Friendly customer service, reviewed everything, showed me the process clearly. Unit is clean and spacious, security makes me feel safe and worry free.

We were rushed

We were running late and had to unload a whole truck. We were told we had to get out. The employee saw that we still had some unpacking. did not offer any assistance, did not offer to stay a few minutes later kept insisting that we had to be out in five minutes.
