Went to Extra Space to rent a unit and Joe explained everything in detail. Joe showed us around and made sure I knew how to work the locks, the app which opens the gate automatically. He showed us which door to use that’s close to the unit, etc. we were in and out of there quick after the paperwork was finished. Overall great customer service.

It’s an amazing experience to know you can go into the office address any concerns and even when you’re done and the concern is addressed to your full satisfaction and explained with patience (thank you for that Joe) they come back to meet you at your container to make sure everything was good and inquire if anything else can be done or was needed.
