And I call for help and the woman just got rude and told me, well, all\nCall someone else. And John was wonderful, walking through everything I was laughing.My tears were done very nice gentlemen.

I booked a unit at a Public Storage location, but when the manager called me to finish the confirmation process, we realized there was a location closer to me. He switched the reservation to the new location while we were on the phone. I was very appreciative of his knowledge and assistance.
