I rented storage from this company for almost two years. There is absolutely zero security -no cameras -holes in the fencing -easily accessible entry and my unit was broken into which resulted in a 40k loss! The icing on the cake however was when I moved out I used my brand new spotlight as it was dusk. Accidentally left it magneted to the inside. I called to inquired two days later and was told it was definitely thrown away by maintenance. After considering this for a few hours I became a lil upset and I refused to accept this because no one is going to throw away a brand new $50 flashlight. I called back and requested again that the receptionist ask her maintenance man about the light. She then told me that because there was no lock on the unit when I left that someone must have taken it. Well which is it? Did it get thrown away or did someone take it??? I was very calm and informed her that I was considering to file a theft report and I again requested she ask her maintenance people one more time. She has of yet to return my call. Do not rent from this place. Terrible terrible and dishonest

I highly recommend this storage facility. We have used them for years, and they text me when payment is due. They even offer a discount if you pay 6 months in advanced. Thank you!

It’s not secure the Hobbs location is the one we used our 30 foot camping trailer got stolen and all they could say was oh we’re sorry that location does not have video cameras
