Just finished moving out. Very clean facility, but very poor door seals, expect to have dirt and sand on everything you store there. I would have stayed longer, but the price almost doubled in less than a year. If I could were to go there again, I would pay for a full year and be prepared to move out at the end of my lease. Very nice people though.

Noah was incredibly helpful and kind. We ended up doing our unit purchase online because that’s what worked the best for us with our schedules, he showed us our unit and talked us through the app and how to use it for opening the gate and helped us with the lock for the unit.

We've been using extra space storage for only about a week but it's been going really well. We booked online and everything was taken care of. We booked a 10x10 and got two 5x10. We showed up to the keys being in the unit and could immediately start filling them. I would say be aware of all the other fees associated with booking though, there's the unit price, lock, insurance, and admin fee. The manager, Noah, is also very nice and helpful.

Alex was amazing! We needed an urgent, last minute storage spot and Alex got me taken care of quickly and answered all my questions. At minutes before closing! She saved the day!!

Through several untrained and unprepared representatives who failed to communicate the "automatic rising costs" of storage; becomes a wonderful financial surprise! Feels like a bait & hook scheme with a veterans discount even - what a joke! To my surprise - I go from $97 a month after 4 months to $192 without a text or email warning. They use snail mail to my out of state former address - brilliant! Not impressed! BEWARE! Unless your selling all your belongings or only need a couple months of storage - "longterm needs"...THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO GO! In todays economy, Extra Space or (ExtraCOST) as they should be called, will add to your financial woes. They do not help you, they will boil your budget and overcook it with poor communication - you can have your cake and eat it, but you will not like the taste! I was told the over the phone yesterday - (the fine print) - mentioned the increase in my agreement. That's just great! Fine print!...? We are all English majors who passed the bar with spare time to hand out while you move across the country to notice such intricate details. Would have been nice to know over the phone from at least 1 of the 3 different reps that the FINE PRINT indicates a 100% rental increase within 4 months & then again in 7. Consumers, Veterans & hard working people are no longer respected, business integrity is gone & customer service...a vintage concept. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If you served your country and put your life on the line for companies like ExtraCOST to grow a business - use your freedom to open your own storage business - treat people like friends and put companies like this out of business.
