Great price (for NYC), convenient location, clean facility, helpful/efficient staff. We did my paperwork on the phone with Alicia (she was great) so everything was ready when I moved in. The only complaint, one of the two elevators was not working and since it was the last day of the month there was a significant wait for the elevator each time I went up and down.Full Review

Because of construction Manhattan Mini told me I had to move out of my room to another. They were more than helpful in this process because they gave me time, one month, and they gave me a four man crew to move me at no charge. They were very considerate of my needs and was made to feel very comfortable. I moved to a clean, bright and convenient location.Full Review

My unit is outside and they rent parking spaces there was 2 box trucks parked by the dock where my unit is they were supposed to try to get in touch with the owners of the trucks to have them move 1 of them I don't know if they tried getting in touch with them because when I moved in on a Sunday the trucks were there so I couldn't back the u-haul truck up to the dock and had to carry my stuff in-between the 2 trucks to my unit if I moved in on a week day the trucks wouldn't have been there but I couldn't move in then because I work and so does the person who helped me move most people move on the weekend so make sure you get a unit that's inside I should get a free month of storage for the inconvenienceFull Review
