Oh my goodness the best experience I had in a long time! I did not expect the services I recieved today due to visiting this location before and had really bad experience to the point I told myself I would never ever go back there and also even had my mother go to another storage company due to the experience I had in the past. Today I walked in and Marisol and Jahan were on the phone, as soonnnnnn as they both got off the phone they immediately greeted me with care and a great vibe. Marisol apologize even though I wasn’t at her counter , she still acknowledge that she saw me and apologized for being on the phone. I told her she was taking care of business and if I felt any other way I would have left. I appreciate her for doing that. They made me so comfortable I was telling them stuff they did not even ask me all my personal business just because they made me feel so comfortable and relieved. Johan was very patient and understanding as this was my first time renting a storage place. He provided me with the breakdown detail by detail and all even showed me different unites. He didn’t force me into get something that I didn’t need . He also asked me my budget which a lot of people don’t even care about. I just want everyone know that these 2 are a blessing only if you knew. You never know what a person is going through. The vibe they gave had me pouring my heart out. Thank you Marisol and Jahan for the exceptional customer service. You went above and beyond today and I am so appreciated of you both more than you know. Don’t storage here the place doesn’t have cameras to make sure your stuff is safe my storage unit was burglarized and no one knew or what happened because there’s no cameras around to catch the thieves I think it was an inside job because my storage unit was the only one that was burglarized and all they told me to do was file a claim see pictures below

My husband had a storage here , we spoke with Marisol about leaving the unit she took every effort in getting us affordable rates but unfortunately it was way over our budget. She’s great at customer service and has a great personality. If you ever visit this location work with her .
