The staff is excellent; I've been here twice, and everyone was polite. Philip helped us with our case, for which I'm especially grateful. The storage facility is well organized and easy to navigate. I've been to many storage facilities, and the only thing I didn't like was the loading area—it's in a corner and there's not much space. Overall, I recommend this storage.
