Many companies are not concerned with customer service. My first time visiting this facility and Heather was amazing. She greeted me with a smile and an offer to help. She explained the ins and outs of the facility. When I made a comment about the size of the facility, (1,000+) units, she offered to take me back to the correct storage unit. As this storage unit is a company rental, multiple people have access. Upon opening the locked door, Heather helped move equipment around and she even cleaned up a mess on the floor.
