I just signed up for my third unit at this location, and it reminded me why I’ve stayed here since day one. I was one of the very first customers when this facility opened almost eight years ago, and I’ve trusted Extra Space with all of my DJ equipment ever since. For the past several years, Asia and Tiffany have been running this place with the kind of customer service every customer hopes for professional, friendly, and always on top of everything. As someone who’s been a DJ in the Long Island industry for 25+ years, nothing gives me more peace of mind than knowing my gear is safe, the building is spotless, and the people running it actually care. This location is always clean, organized, secure, and well-maintained. Whenever I have a question or need something, the team handles it quickly and with a great attitude. A special thank-you to these ladies, who consistently goes above and beyond for her customers especially for us DJs who practically live out of our storage units. Thanks to Asia, I had an amazing experience at Extra Space Storage! She was welcoming and really helpful as soon as I walked in. She made the rental process easy and stress-free by taking the time to explain all of my options thoroughly. Asia has excellent customer service skills. She answered my questions patiently, made excellent suggestions based on my requirements, and ensured that I was at ease and well-informed at every stage. In customer service, it's uncommon to find someone so committed and sincere. Although the facility was secure, hygienic, and well-maintained, Asia's individual touch was what really made the difference. I am new to this location and this storage is so convenient and they make everything very easy for you. Asia and Tiffany they are very polite and very helpful and they answer all your questions.
