The customer service of this place is great! The lady at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The only downsize is, I secured my car storage online and was not aware that it’s an outdoor parking space. Granted, there is a gate around the facility that locks at closing time, I was more so wanting an indoor storage facility to protect my vehicle from the outdoor elements, such as snow and rain, to prevent rusting.

Was able to get a unit today and all sorted out in no time. The clerk (I forget his name!) was great- he was helpful and patient with my questions. Was able to view the space beforehand and get all details, etc. So far so good!

I rented a unit for about 2 yrs at the 14 Railroad Ave location in Rochester NY. I had to move because I am moving about an hour away. When leaving I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa the new manager for this location. She was very professional and kind. She wanted to find a facility closer to where I was moving but I'm in an area they don't have any units. She answered my many calls for random things and was very accommodating even though I was moving out. If I ever need a unit in an area that she's managing.. she WILL be hearing from me. She really cares about her renters.
