Please do not rent here. I came back to my unit ransacked. This was a disgusting violation of my privacy. I will be escalating this for further investigation. My clothes and intimates scattered all over the place. My electronics left out and exposed. My boxes thrown and around and ran through. Absolutely disgusting and desperate. Good thing I took before pictures. They will snoop through your items if you buy a lock from them!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

They do variable price increases. I rented a 5x10 back in April 2025 at 58, went up to 69 come fall, now its going up to 107. I refuse to pay that. I'm told everyone will get increases based on how long your stuff is there and to avoid you have to keep moving your stuff around to different units if you don't want the increase. EVERYONE is paying different amounts for the SAME size units. Everyone is nice and place is clean but the price increases are ridiculous.

Place is a joke. They will offer introductory rates and then raise your rates every few months. My rate is more than double after a year. 40% increase on one notice. "Nothing they can do."

I loved this storage place. We have got a storage unit of 17x15 for a two bedroom apartment and our things fit perfectly there. 1. Staff is very friendly and gave us complete info of what we need. 2. Temperature controlled units. 3. Online payment option. 4. Trolleys are available. 5. Secured. 6. Wasn't that easy to access but lifts help.
