Great experience, I’ve had a unit here for two years! Mr.Alan and their team have been wonderful and this location at 601 Maynard crossing is super clean, never seen any bugs in my unit, when I would come bring or drop off stuff . Great and secure access and carts are so helpful!!

Just to start, Erin at the front desk is spectacular. She is very pleasant to deal with and very professional with all of her interactions. Excellent experience overall since renting our unit and also upgrading later on to a bigger unit. The units we had were in the main building. Very clean overall, several carts for use to haul all our items to and from the unit. The units are climate controlled, which is great, especially with lots of books and memories we have stored of which humidity and other aspects would diminish their quality. I believe 5 stars is a baseline for the quality, pricing and overall experience we have gotten each time we arrive.
