I have never been to a more upbeat, welcoming, and all around great customer service from any other Public Storage facility. The moment I walked in she welcomed me with such a spirit. I felt like we have known each other forever. Lachelle is the girl that helped me. 5 stars are just not enough to give this girl! Way to go Public Storage for hiring such a wonderful human being! This place is wonderful! The staff is amazing and very helpful. Taylor is so friendly. It's nice seeing workers like that still out in the world.
