Not satisfied on how it was not clear that I could not use my own lock. Had no option but to buy one from you guys on the spot.

Professional and courteous staff!

Upon entering the building, Angie greeted us with a smile. She explained the sizes available and took us to view our selection. She was very thorough in explaining the costs and contract.
