The representative was so nice and helped a lot. The only thing I don't like is the price hike after a few months. It doesn't cost more for the same unit so why raise the price? Most people move out because of that. It's taking advantage of good customers 😡

Great experience! The gals at the front were so incredibly friendly and helpful and even suggested a larger unit better suited for our needs at a competitive price. It was easy to get everything set up and reserved. The units are also so nice and incredibly clean. We specifically sought out this location for the climate controlled units, and the Jackrabbit location cannot be beat!
