The staff is helpful and knowledgeable

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The units are clean and well kept. The facility has easy access, but plenty of security as well

PS Brittain rd

I have had very good experience with the staff at public storage facility I use. Brittain rd. I think in general PS should offer rate deals with people who are not just NEW customers. Some of us get multiple units and return again too. Security cameras monitoring could increase.
