Clean units. We stored with Extra Space Storage because we had to move to a separate state without having a home to move into. After the first three months, the rent started to increase. In the 10 months we had a 10x15 unit, our rent more than doubled incrementally month after month. We schedule a time to move out of the unit and close our accounts, as my daughter also had a unit. After emptying out the unit, I discovered the quite a few pieces of my antique wood furniture has mold growing. When talking to the staff about the situations and showing pictures, I was told they wouldn't do anything because we didn't not purchase the rental insurance they offered. I will not be using any Extra Space Storage facilities again.

We needed two units for our cross-country move and this storage space was perfect. The facility is clean and well-maintained & easy to maneuver with carts & furniture. The real reason to use them instead of others is the staff & service. I did have my rate go up one time, but that was to be expected after a few months. From booking my units to move out, it was all easy and seamless. I actually forgot to officially move out of my units on paper, and their team contacted me and saved me from being charged for another month! Highly recommend it here!

Staff was so friendly and professional! They even let me pick up my lock for my unit a day before move-in just incase I wouldn't make it back in time on moving day for their office hours. Very nice facility as well. :)

I rented a unit here at what appeared to be a very low monthly rate, only to have the monthly price jump 40% after just a couple of months. The increase so quickly feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. A low intro rate gets you in the door, but the pricing changed almost immediately. If you rent here, be aware that the “monthly rate” may not stay anywhere close to what you signed up expecting. The adhesive contract doesn’t cap their increase limits or protect you beyond a 30-day notice of price change. Very disappointing.

I have met three of the staff members.They are very nice very friendly. The place is very clean, there is nothing on the floors and not a scratch on the walls. I hope that this place remains this way. And now I have extra space in my garage.
