Very beautiful facility and the manager there is extremely helpful. He goes above & beyond to be helpful to people. I would recommend this location to everyone I know. It’s kept very clean as well. Oh and the assistant manager is pretty awesome as well. They make a great team when it comes to taking care of the customers. I’ve seen it firsthand.

The management and the team that works here is very professional to me and ibelieve that they will be very professional to everyone that they serve.\n The place is very clean, very respectable. Very disappointed with Extra Space Storage. My original rate nearly doubled in under six months with no notice—no email, call, or explanation. When I called, they offered a small prorate that barely helped, so I canceled. After switching banks, the card on file didn’t go through during the cancellation overlap. When I came in to pay with an updated card, I was hit with an almost $1,000 bill for about two months of rent and fees. Lack of transparency, sudden price increases, and excessive fees. I’d recommend finding a storage company that honors their quoted pricing.

Update: I am revising my review to 4 stars. The place is still a good storage facility but a couple of issues have arisen. One small one is the carts. They are a large draw for me and they are increasingly hard to locate, even during non busy times. The big one is the rent. I was brought in at a reasonable rate. I was told that rates would go up after maybe 6 months "a little bit," but that they couldn't tell me how much. At 4 months, the rate nearly doubled. As my items are in the unit, moving them would be costly at this point. I do feel like the initial price was to draw me in, and I understand that, but I don't feel that the new rate is at all in line with market rent and is this high for the simple reason that moving my things would be extremely inconvenient, to say the least. When asked, management tells me that rates raise every 4-6 months, seemingly arbitrararily. I am now worried about what the next raise will bring. I do understand that it is a private business and that they can set rates however they like, this business model seems less than forthright. I will redouble efforts to move as soon as possible, unfortunately. I was asked to leave this review by staff as my paperwork was being finalized. All opinions are my own. Wonderful people to work with. Triston was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for making this easy! 3 months in a still very good. I like the ability to control the gates and the doors with my phone.
