I had a wonderful experience with this storage facility. Robert, the manager, was fantastic to work with! He made the entire contract setup process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. It’s clear he truly cares about providing great customer service. I highly recommend this facility if you’re looking for a place that values its customers!

This place is decent. A few things if you don’t mind. 1. Elevator closes the door in 4 seconds. That is wayy too fast in my opinion. Zero chance you can push something out. Turn around for second without the door closing. 2. THIRD floor elevator lip is busted. Making it harder to push carts in. Carts are plastic wheels and not rubber. Should be an easy fix. 20 mins… and let it dry over night. Or SOMETHING. Screw a metal plate on it??? Maybe?? I simply see it “as my business” and what I can do to make it better. “If this was my storage unit, what would I do here…” is what goes on in my mind.

I have been with extra space for 4 years and of all the people I’ve talked to over the years NO ONE has been as helpful as Robert was in the 5 mins we were on the phone. He called me back, asked what I needed, and solved my problem plus more. He is AMAZING and needs to be recognized. I am grateful to know this company has someone who genuinely enjoys their job and is ready to listen, help, and make sure you’re satisfied. Thank you again Robert!

Was happy with this place. I would definitely recommend them. Seem to have their stuff together and knowledgeable. I spoke with Robert when I was there. My son has used them before and was happy. I am moving and will be using them for interim storage.
