My time renting at Redmond Easy Storage was short and sweet! The staff was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend renting a storage space from this facility!

Definitely recommend! My husband and I had a unique situation that required us to need a storage unit for two weeks that crossed over from November into December. The staff at Redmond Easy Storage was so kind and willing to work with us! Traditionally rentals are from the first of the month to the last day of the month, which, would have meant for us having to rent a storage unit for two full months when we actually only needed it for 2 weeks. Leanne offered to waive the second month’s fee so we only had to pay for one month. Leanne was so kind and easy to talk to it was really refreshing to interact with someone with amazing customer service! She was always quick to answer the phone, text, or email me with information. The storage unit property itself feels very clean and well maintained. There is easy code access for the gate or you can text “open” from your phone so you never have to touch a keypad! We also loved that there was a light in our storage unit that automatically turns on when the door is opened. Makes it so much easier when having to get into your unit at night. Before booking with Redmond Easy Storage I had called around to other storage units for price comparisons. Redmond Easy Storage was a little more expensive compared to the other locations but with how willing Leanne was to work with us and the way they made getting our storage unit so easy and seamless during Covid times was worth every penny!
