I had prompt response on the telephone when I had questions. The self serve kiosk was easy to run and all went well.

Unit looks great, Tammy is the greatest person, easy to get everything in order and great security. Love the management(Tammy) . Better than what I expected.

The Customer Care is very helpful

The Customer Care is very helpful. The storage very clean, and no signs of rats like my last experience at U-Haul in Margate. The only thing they forgot to leave in my storage was my locker. Luckily I had one with me, and was able to leave my unit secured. Not a big deal, and that why I didn’t leave 5 stars.
