Great Customer Service

I needed a second storage unit quick. I spoke with Dee. She was very patient with me. I must have changed my mind at least 3 times due to scheduling of movers. Everytime in a 3 hour period, she was very good. The only reason they don't have a 5 because, through no fault of their own, for the price, there is no earlier access to the facility other than when they open and close. Otherwise, for customer service, I would give Dee a perfect TEN!

The Manager was excellent. She was very helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. This is my first time ever using a storage facility she could not have made the experience any better. The Move in special of utilizing the store truck to move in was the icing on the cake. Even the driver was professional and courteous. Mr Storage-Olney is NUMBER ONE in my book. Thank you so much!! :)
