I had an excellent experience at CubeSmart on Guthrie in King of Prussia. Nesfis and Nolan are outstanding managers—both are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, organized and great to work with. THANK YOU! My check-in and check-out processes were completely seamless. The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and its location right next to the fire department adds an extra layer of reassurance. One of the best features is how easy everything is to manage online and in person. You can reserve your unit, arrive, secure your space, and even check out—all from your computer without any hassle. I also appreciate the option to pay for a full year upfront and lock in a consistent monthly rate. Unlike some other storage facilities, CubeSmart doesn’t impose confusing penalties when ending your lease, which makes the entire experience feel straightforward and customer-friendly. You can also buy everything you need onsite. I had a smooth, stress-free storage experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for convenience, transparency, and great customer service. Thank you!

I've had a unit for a few years. They kept raising my prices every 3-6 months. For a small unit I was paying over $200 a month. They would not honor the advertised pricing and made me move to another unit to get the promo pricing. Their advertisement states first month free. The manager would not give it to me stating I was not a new client. There was no language in the promo that I had to be a new client. In actuality I was a new client because I closed my account, moved to another unit and then signed a new contract. I called the District Manager, left a message and never heard back. Also the manager said my cost would be increased every 3-6 months,, again no language in the contract. The price should be locked in for a year, but they refused. Be careful when you sign a lease you will find your fees of $49 rapidly increasing to over $200 quickly.

Excellent customer service, registration, and extremely clean facility. Special commendation to Nafis for his expert knowledge, patience, and on-site assistance. Would highly recommend this facility. The King of Prussia Cube Smart is one of the best in Pennsylvania, Nafis (who works tirelessly, even when CubeSmart is short-staffed), is patient, helpful, and informative. Additionally, as a customer, Nafis continues to provide professional assistance, and is always courteous and incredibly organized. Every detail continues to be explained clearly, and Nafis continues to make me feel confident in my decision to rent storage space at CubeSmart. Nafis' immediate response and pleasant attitude has always made a big difference. This level of service is exactly what customers hope for, and I highly recommend Nafis and the King of Prussia facility.

I have enjoyed using Cube Smart in King of Prussia. The store on Guthrie rd is so clean and the personnel are truly kind. No matter how much I need to change my order Nafis is patient and helps me navigate everything. Great place to store your belongings.
