Our RV was stolen from this facility, and the experience afterward has been extremely frustrating and concerning. We discovered the theft on April 25 and immediately notified management and filed a police report onsite. During our conversations with staff, we were told the gate had reportedly not been functioning properly for weeks and was left open when we arrived. Despite weekly lot checks, our spot was never documented as empty. We were also informed that security footage and records were being reviewed, but communication and follow-up have been very limited. We trusted this facility to securely store our property, and instead we are now dealing with the theft of our RV with very few answers or accountability. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider security and management responsiveness before storing valuables here.
