From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and surprisingly pleasant for something as mundane as moving and storage. The facility itself is spotless, well-lit, and feels very secure. Everything is clearly organized, access is easy, and you can tell the management takes pride in maintaining the property. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Laura. She went above and beyond in every way. Laura greeted me with genuine warmth, took the time to understand exactly what I needed, and walked me through all my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge of the facility was impressive, and she explained everything clearly so I felt confident about my choice.

The manager, Laura, is very accommodating and always provides a great customer experience. I rented a unit from them for about 18 months and never experienced any issues. Will definitely use them again if we need extra storage again in the future.
