I had a fantastic experience at this Public Storage location, specifically thanks to Tangy. I really appreciated how quickly she responded to my initial call—her timeliness was impressive. She was incredibly accommodating and stayed patient while helping me fix a mistake I had made. Her level of customer service and follow-up was truly out of this world. It’s rare to find that kind of dedication, and she made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Tangie if you need help!

Tangie is an excellent asset to the Public Storage Network. She returns your calls quickly and is beyond nice. The storage unit is very clean and the carts are an asset. My only complaint is the elevator. Gotta have patience to wait for them to arrive, open and close, they are slow. Parking is good and plentiful. There isn’t any onsite trash so be prepared to take your trash away. They are conveniently located downtown and can accommodate 18 wheelers should you have a household move like we did.
