I had an amazing experience at Public Storage thanks to Bridgett! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and care. It’s rare to come across such great customer service these days, but Bridgett truly stands out. If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend coming here and asking for her!

Had a very poor experience today, and I am still waiting for a call back. Purchased a unit from this facility of which no employees are physically present half the week. Had to go to a neighboring facility where an actual employee was present.The lady there was very kind. We had a pleasant conversation and she got me squared away. That is when I pulled into the Airport Rd Storage Facility. The unit I won had a black padlock on it placed by employees. I was given the code to open the padlock. When the door was lifted there were TWO locks laying in the middle of the unit. The one that had originally been cut to take the pictures to post online for auction. Additionally, there was a SECOND lock w keys in it laying right next to the cut locks. The problem? In the images posted online for auction there is only the one lock in the images. At what point did the 2nd lock get there? It isnt seen in any of the images. Additionally, items were not all where they were in the images posted online. The kicker.... all of the images that displayed the Playstation 5, the boxed lego kits, etc --EMPTY! It was VERY obvious this unit had been gone through from the pictures that were posted online for the auction before actually obtaining access. Because there was noone at this facility and noone at the neighboring facility an hour after obtaining access, I have been unable to have a conversation with anyone who can do anything. I got ahold of someone at some random Public Storage number who assured me someone would call me ASAP. It has been several hours at this point. There is still time to make this right. I will update my review accordingly. UPDATE TIME: Not only did the employee that works at the Airport location call me, she had a colleague call me about the negative 1 star review on Google as that is how they get paid incentives. They were more concerned about the review than about me getting my refund. After several days of waiting, I gave them my word I would take down this review. I did. I upheld my part after I was refunded. The review would have stayed down, however they decided to get me banned from future auctions by telling the auction hosts that I had inappropriate behavior for posting here on Google. So I guess they chose for the truth to be posted for all to see. It is what it is. It could have been professionally handled, but it wasnt. Basically folks, avoid this location at all costs. Honesty is always the best policy.
