Quick, friendly and very helpful!

Very friendly. Answered all questions and showed us around to pick out a unit. Called to check on everything. This was a great experience.

Not 24 hour access & no band practice

My friend was dropped off at my unit , she was having trouble with the lock so she called me ...after I talked to her..the manager called to tell me she was there I told him I knew she was & we were having trouble with our lock .he proceeded to try to say she was staying on site....if she was staying in the unit.. she wouldn't be outside trying to get in... Then my boyfriend showed up and asked about band practice being allowed.. he was told it was not allowed..now tonight we drove to the storage place & the gate is locked and a sign is posted saying gate access is. Only during office hours...the two main reasons we selected monster storage was the ad said band practice was allowed & we would have 24 hour access to our unit... neither is true...
