A new management company took over in 2020, and since that time, a new rate increase occurs every ~ six months- the average increase is ~20%, with a cumulative increase of 49% over a span of 16 months. The storage units rent has never been late, nor has there been any complaints from us, the customer. Neither facilities nor customer service has improved (in fact, customer service now has waiting times on hold), nor can management detail the reason for the increase; I can only assume that since they have customers hostage, during the profit handsomely. I would not recommend this facility nor any facility managed by 10 Federal Storage, LLC its partners and affiliates. Full Review
