I have rented with extra space multiple times before, and I always recommend them. But it is truly the people that really make this specific location amazing. The office staff are some of the nicest, kindest people I have met, and really go above and beyond. They went out of their way to make sure my experience was a great one. The facility is always clean and I always felt like my belongings were safe there. Definitely recommend!

The staff were so helpful! Brandon and Vince are great. Everything was guided very nicely and i appreciate the intentionality and patience with my questions and comments. The atmosphere is pleasant and the location convenient!

Had a great experience with this storage facility while I was in the middle of moving. The property was very clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated that the units were climate-controlled—it made a huge difference. Brandon, the manager, was amazing. Brandon is super kind and helpful, however, I only had my unit for a few months before my rent nearly doubled. My door was also broken when I moved-in. They promised it would be fixed the following week but it never was. I moved to a different unit across town that was larger and at a fraction of the cost. There are better options out there.
