Easy paperwork, had my reservation on file and called ahead of time to confirm. I live in Cooper Young Memphis, and the unit is 15-18 minutes away. Plenty of sizes available, best pricing. Not climate controlled, so if you're looking for that, you will pay higher. Unit itself is pretty standard, could have been finished a bit tighter (gaps in drywall/ceiling), but secure. The star/highlight of the place was the manager, Kendra. She is bright, friendly, flexible, extremely competent, and a pleasure to work with. She showed me the unit I rented, and when we were unsure about it, she offered another size unit (that was priced the same), and that one worked out better. Prior to moving my belongings in, she swept out the unit to make sure it was clean. Had my updated paperwork with the new unit info available for me in the office by the time I left. Highly recommend.
