I was in need of a storage locker as well as a place to store a travel trailer. Midgard was able to accommodate both for a great price, I searched around. Signing up was easy to do online and when I arrived to start unloading I noticed that I had assumed that I only needed a 10x10 space when in reality I needed a 10x15. They quickly found me what I needed on the fly and got me setup with the new space before I unloaded the truck. This facility is awesome and Ty was super cool in giving me info both over the phone and in person. He also took care of getting me set up in a unit even though I showed up about five minutes before he was supposed to leave work on a Saturday. I canât recommend this place enough. Everyone there was super helpful and very informative. The people who rent the facility are nice people too. I like how the place has lots of space to get in and out. The elevators are large, there's plenty of carts to get your stuff in and out. The hallways are a nice size to go down through and the facility was really clean and smells clean too.Full Review

I just had a rate increase in April 2022, now I am told I have another rate increase in July 2022.
I have had 6 price increases since July 2020. This storage unit does not have any electricity - so no real explanation why all of the price increases. I am very frustrated with this company.Full Review

I liked the ability to review the types and sizes of storage units and easy to find a unit and then make a selection and request a reservation. I received a call & email from the staff to confirm an appt and the unit availability. Meeting with staff there and signing paperwork went great. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They had a great offer for pricing after my first month.
The units are clean and selecting an inside unit was great and staff was very helpful with information and showing us the unit before signing final papers.
