As a customer service specialist with 20+ years of experience it is most important to me the tone and overall communication when being assisted. After speaking with Treille immediately calling me per request, her tone was kind, respectful & overall very pleasant. She seemed more than happy to help assist me anyway I needed. Upon arrival I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Colin, who went above and beyond making me feel like this was the best decision. He made me feel safe & at ease, it made my day completely being in their hands. I feel beyond thankful and emotionally for the diversity empowerment that works at this location. I can honestly say that Daytree, is the best Representative for Public Storage I've ever met. Very knowledgeable and she breaks everything down: that even a 5th grader can understand.
