This isn't a complaint against the company or facility but rather an attempt to improve an area for the benefit of your customer which more than likely the very ones causing the issue but never the less something really needs to be done.
I know the next time I rent space I'll certainly make sure it's not a problem at that facility. That problem is the lack of 4 wheel cards or maybe their called dollies. If someone locks it in their storage area for what ever reason the rest to us suffer due to not being able to use our space after driving all the way there to do so which snowballs the problem if we were hoping to do or go someplace else. Now we have to turn around and go back home and unload and hope that there is one the next time we try taking something up there. Perhaps a location for carts to be stored that are monitored letting your employee's know who used it last.Full Review

I originally ordered a 10 x 15 but very quickly found out I would need a 10 x 20 on the ground level because my furniture is extremely heavy. Tracey found me a larger unit on short notice which was fantastic. She also assisted me in getting smaller unit a few weeks later that I could use for sorting. The facilityâs operator contacted me personally on New Years while he was driving between states, and got me set up to complete my reservation online. I was able to access my unit and move in at my leisure (some crazy hour of the night), and a personal keyed padlock was already provided along with the unit. Excellent service and communication. Highly reccomending this find, and I plan to remain a tenant indefinitely with the convenient auto-pay all set. A++!Full Review
