Only one BIG issue, overall a great experience

The big issue with this location is the almost complete lack of available flat bed carts; I've been there at several different times and days, I have only personally seen an available cart maybe twice in the two years I have been renting from them. Overall this is the 4th Storage company I have used in the last 5 years, and the only one that hasn't raised my rates every 3 months. As long as the positives continue I will continue to lease space from not only Public storage, but this location.

Sold Vehicle Storage

This site and Public Storage sold me a 10x20 vehicle storage unit when there is no way for my vehicle to access this location. I have tried to reach the manager several times and have not been able to get through and was told this one person is the only one who can assist me with getting a refund or a transfer. When u called PS customer service, I was told I had to make an appointment to meet the manager and did not receive any confirmation for this appointment. This is not an ethical or well run business. I hope that the manager shows up and can assist me with my situation.
