MISS MONICA @ EXTRA SPACE STORAGE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SERVE ME AND MY COMPANY. I managed a small photography company for the fall season and used this location and a central hub storage unit for all my photographer and our equipment. Miss Monica at the front desk made sure I got the best available units and fit every specific request I had on a short notice. She was always around the facility working with a positive attitude and great energy maintaining this space. I HIGHLY recommend this location to use as a short term or long term storage unit.

Brand new facility with a beautiful layout and easily accessible units. There are numerous entry points on each side of the building to make moving items simple. Also wanted to mention the service I received from Monica and Tarra with clear cut contract terms and pricing. Didn’t feel like I was being forced into anything and they genuinely gave me best scenarios available. Thanks ladies!

YOUR UNIT WILL BE BURGLARIZED. This place is an absolute joke. They only keep video record for 7 days! Thieves cut our locks off and they didn't notice or notify us, despite their claims that they do regular inspections! The useless staff are dishonest, lazy, and do not care about your property at all. Totally unprofessional, and incapable of security your valuables. Any unit in this facility could be compromised with a 20 dollar pawn shop saw. Ridiculous.

This storage doesn’t even deserve one star. How can it have a 4.6-star rating when people's storage gets broken into and stuff gets stolen, and there aren’t any security cameras? This is unacceptable. They want to pay $2000, like that will cover all the valuable stuff that was taken. This is unacceptable. They act like the lock that was put on it wasn’t their lock . I honestly believe this is an inside job. You're hiring people who steal people's belongings, which is unacceptable!!! I hope the police really do their job and whoever stole gets karma !!! This isn’t cool at all. They want to say sorry, like nobody is in the office, do they??? I’m highly angry about how you guys handled this, and I really hope we find out who did it, because karma is going to catch up.
