Yesenia was very helpful I could not get my storage door unlocked, she was kind and very helpful. Thank you so much. Another great experience at Public Storage Carrollton, went to my unit and was my key would not open lock, Cynthia was on duty and helped me get into my unit. I have to say Cynthia, save the day. I had a great welcoming from Jodi there at the property, I just would like to recommend you all to let us know at the signing that customers can use their own lock , and not have to purchase your locks for 19 dollars. that is something that should be told up front , not after you have signed a promise note, and agreed to the terms. I felt a little trapped into the contract.
