I’ll start by saying the facility itself was always clean and well organized, and the front desk staff were consistently great to deal with. My issue is with management/corporates decision to impose a 76% price increase after only five months. I’m fortunate enough to be able to move my belongings back into my garage, but many customers most likely don't have that option and will simply be forced to pay for increase in price that appears to be driven by nothing more than corporate greed. This facility is at 100 percent capacity because they offered fair pricing and a convenient location; apparently, that success was taken as a signal to squeeze customers for more money. Textbook example of a business punishing the very people who made it successful. The front office staff deserve better than being the face of decisions like this and dealing with upset customers calling in, and customers deserve better than to be treated as hostages to increase revenue. I’ll be moving out, and I sincerely hope for a mass exodus this kind of short sighted greed earns.
