Gena took the time to explain all my options, answered every question with patience, and made the entire process stress-free. You can truly tell she cares about both her team and her customers. Her leadership and customer service are top-tier, and she represents Extra Space Storage exceptionally well. Highly recommend working with her!

Staff is very nice but the pricing is outrageous. Started at roughly $100 month, 3 months later recieved A letter in the mail, stating that my monthly rate will nearly be doubling to almost $200 a month. I was able to Negotiate down to 160 a month, which is still very expensive from the original price that I signed up with. A few months later, more recently, I saw the same exact sized unit climate controlled everything the same for a online price of $85 a month and I reached out to the office to see if they would come closer to that online price of $85 and they weren’t willing to negotiate so I moved out and found a much better monthly rate at a different place. Be careful they will charge you like crazy a few months later after signing up. But the staff is very nice. I will give them that.

So far, so good. We are storing a vehicle at the storage facility. The woman working was very nice. We had trouble getting the app to update so I could use my phone as the key to get into the lot, but she kept working on it and eventually got it fixed. Thanks!

Very streamlined! Easy to work with and efficient process, which was all done online. I was greeted by Gina in the office and what great customer service and support. Answered all my questions and showed me my unit. Definitely worth it and I will be using extra storage more!!!

Extra Space, especially Gina, icked all the boxes in facilities, service and price. It is far superior to work with a facility that has an on site representative. These yards that operate solely by phone and AI are an invitation to loss and miscommunication. There are streets named after that management theory. They're called "One Way".
