Over the past 7 years, I have been renting from Extra Space Storage facilities - first in Grand Prairie off Post and Paddock and more recently at this Preston Road location. I have found the service level to be top notch and consistent. Thank you Andrea and team. You always provide great service, value to all your customers and keep up the facilities at your location. I like that you know all your regular customers by name. Highly recommend.

Cannot imagine storing with anyone else! From the cleanliness of the facility, to the efficient elevators (they even have carts to help haul heavy stuff) to the top notch staff they hire (the property manager is fabulous) I have been so thankful for them! They have wonderful customer service on the phone and in person! When I arrived to put my things away I was greeted by the property manager who knew me by name. They were working on the property that day to ensure the lights all work well, and when mine wasn't fixed yet she even offered me a tap on light! It feels like a local business with the way they treat their customers, but has the highest quality everything like a giant corporation. Cannot ask for better! Thank you for being the best of the best Extra Space!!

I wanted to take the time to give Extra space storage a shout out. And to an assistant manager, his name is Ramon is one of the nicest people I’ve come across in a very long time. Very kind and considerate. We’re so very helpful in renting a couple of units from extra space. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind and he was above and beyond. Thank you so much, Ramona. I appreciate everything that you did for me. By the way he needs a pay raise. LOL

Wow the price double so fast we did not know what to say. But it is what it is. On my last day at extra space stores, Stephanie was outstanding. She helped me with the processing are being hot a z z you know what in the building , but she had a smile on her face kudos to you.
