Everyone I have dealt with there has been nice especially AJ who has been very helpful and assisted me with my account. I'm not a fan of the layout of the property and the fact that it's an outside unit (I wanted an indoor unit with climate control) but the customer service makes up for that.
QuincyCustomer service is cool. Storage is trash. Rats chewed my important paperwork and Coogi sweaters. Ate and urinated on all my exotic leather boots. Raised prices 3 times. Never again. Won't recommend
