We had a very good experience at this storage location. Although not originally planned, we were able to secure a unit large enough for my TCU daughter's car for the summer and her dorm items. After going on a wild goose chase with a different storage facility, I ended up at Mini U Storage Crowley where I was greeted by Vicki and Chad. These are the most genuine, friendly, and down to earth folks you could ever meet. In a world where great customer service is practically non existent, these folks go above and beyond. I don't think anyone ever really wants to put their "stuff" in storage, but Vicki and Chad made the experience quick and easy. I would encourage and strongly recommend anyone looking for storage options to not waste their time going anywhere else but Mini U Storage Crowley. You will be so glad you did!!Full Review

NEITHER ONE DID A D**N THING ABOUT IT AND WHEN OUR UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO, THE CURRENT FACILITY MANAGER SAW US COME IN, WAVED THEN LEFT THE PROPERTY AND WOULDNT ANSWER ANY PHONE CALLS. FENCE ON THE BACK OF PROPERTY WAS CUT OPEN, OUR CYLINDER LOCK CUT OFF, ALONG WITH ANOTHER UNITS, AND THINGS WERE STOLEN... THIS FACILITY DOES NOT CARE, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EVEN LIVE IN THE SAME STATE AND THEY DON'T CARE. THEY DON'T LISTEN TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT ANYTHING, JUST THAT THEY WWILL CONTACT THE FACILITY MANAGER TO FIGURE OUT WHATS GOING ON. OVER $5000 WORTH OF STUFF AND IT IS GONE, PROBABLY NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN AND IT BELONGED TO MY DAD WHO HAS PASSED AWAY...WILL NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE AND WILL BE MOVING OUR ITEMS OUT ASAP...Full Review
