If I could give them 0 stars i would. These people are scams. After searching for local storage units i chose this one because they offered 1 month free which really helped us at the time. After presenting them with the coupon they wanted to deny they ever had the coupon on their website, so i had to go to their website and pull it up...blah blah blah! About 2 months after moving in we receive a notice in the mail saying that the previous month was not paid. Which inconveniences me because now i have to take them a copy of a check. Long story short, i have had to do that every month from the entire 7 months that we have rented there. Either they are complete scams or who ever does the finances is a complete idiot! On top of the payment issues, the locks on my storage was cut and EVERYTHING was stolen. When the police came and asked to view the cameras, they were told that they don't work. We had to move into our new home with nothing. Everything that we worked so hard for was gone and the storage people had nothing to say except we should have had renters insurance. Spend the extra money and go somewhere that keeps your stuff safe

Take your stuff no warning, no mail, no email, no phone call nothing. Then they do not respond to your emails. So without using cuss words they can go bleep themselves in their bleep. Sorry pieces human excrement.

Being charged for a unit I do not have Can’t call them on number as it says not a working number. Very frustrated

Great place for storage and at a decent price. Staff is very helpful.

Storage was broken into office manager told me the cameras outside were fake and the property is not under surveillance.
