I just finished a 3 month rental at this facility and it was an easy process and flow throughout. If I had any questions they were answered fully and the close out was very easy and simple. I do not plan on having to rent a unit ever again, but if I do i will use this company if available in my area. I decided to stop by and check out this facility's storage offerings. I met with Kobe and he quickly and efficiently helped me to secure a unit by showing me the options, pricing and preparing the documents and explaining the regulations within. He showed me to my unit, explaining the key set up and I was on my way to tend to other business and tasks. The process was 15-20 minutes, he was a pleasure to talk with and respectful. Much appreciated!

Big Tex was a great option for me, building always felt very safe and secure. It was a great location for me, the managers were extremely kind and hospitable, and if I were to store again I would definitely look for a Big Tex.

This is Dan and I buy storage locker on auction. Last week I got a storage at this facility and the employees searched the items before I got there. I don’t want to make it too long but the tenant unfortunately passed away and they have stolen her items before I got there. It was a young black guy at the office and a “manager” named Nichole who where trying to lie to me that they did not do it. Disgusting!!!! I asked for a contact number form the headquarter of the company and they sold me the left over there for cheap hopping that I will not to a complain anymore. I’ll still try to talk with somebody from the management hopping that those thieves will disappear from there!
