She made an otherwise stressful experience easy and enjoyable. The storage yard could use additional lighting and security fencing, which we were told was planned for soon, but we had no issues with our equipment in the 3 weeks we had it in storage. I can't say enough how much we appreciated working with Patricia, she is a great representative for Life Storage!
