Ashley road around to my unit to see if I was at my unit and then went back to her office to call me so that she can coerce me out of the compensation promised by this storage companies employee.. Ashely never apologized nor gave me any compensation for having to stay on the phone for hours while walking up and down the entire facility looking for the 213 unit.. Ashely framed me for trespassing into unit A63 and told me that there will be no compensation and I will receive no help getting my 3 luggages to the proper unit because Ashely said it is not her job.. I told Ashely of my hardship and promise of compensation to use unit A63 as my unit for the same price, $25 per month.. Ashely has made no apologies for my experience and has criminalized me using defamation of character and framing me to avoid compensation or liability for this storage units negligence towards customers.. Ashely has changed her story of having knowledge that I was instructed by the after-hours team to access unit A63 as compensation and remedy for my inconveniences.. Still, no apologies.. Just dictatorship and cover up of the compensation promised and framing me and defaming my character as a trespasser in unit A63.. I do not appreciate Ashley using her job position to criminalize me instead of being honorable and noble in this unfortunate civil circumstance.. As of right now, I am under fear because I have been placed under threat, duress, and coercion by this storage unit management.. Framed for trespassing.. Ashely has rode around past my unit twice.. The first time she rode past to see if I was in my unit A63 and then called me to have me reschedule my day to move my 3 luggages and book bag on their time to undermine the agreement of my compensation and the 2nd time I believe was to intimidate me and continue to reschedule my day to move my luggages and book bag through the company management's corruption practices with me as an honest customer.. I Am in fear for my life, character, and overall well-being.. Ashley has no regard for my hardship, and I believe she wants me harmed or removed from the property using defamation and corruption.. I am also in fear that this company will not do the right thing but will wait until I leave my unit to steal my property.. Ashely told me that she will have someone contact me now.. This review is my timestamp and journal of this ongoing corruption and incident.. On Saturday, May 10, 2025, a foreign Hispanic manager named Michael called my cell phone to follow up on my complaint against his Hispanic colleague Ashely.. Michael first attempted to play ignorant as if he didn't know who promised me compensation for my hardship as his fraternizing fellow hispanic colleague Ashely.. I told Michael that the overnight call service member who answered the phone every time I called that night was the only individual who could have told them that I had an issue finding unit 213.. So there was no way that Ashely and Michael got the message of me having issues finding my unit without getting the message from the same representative that gave me unit A63 for the same $25 fee as unit 213 as compensation.. Michael told me that Ashely only told him that I couldn't find my unit and left out the correspondence about my compensation.. I also told Michael that I asked her if she would at least be willing to help me move my property, but she stated that it is not her job.. Michael told me that her conduct was disrespectful and undermining, and he told me that he would talk to Ashley about her dirty conduct and deceit. Over the Saturday phone call, Michael and I agreed that I would still receive the compensation for my first month as primised. Michael also went on to promise that I would pay $57 for the following month instead of the marked up price of $82 in addition to Ashley's attempt to criminalize me as a trespasser of the unit A63 which i was instructed to be in due the negligence of managements correspondences and the deliberate attempt to hide full knowledge of correspondence. Michael then retaliated..

The facility is clean, however, they increased the price all the sudden to be double the price. When I asked them to reduce it they reduced it a little bit. I only went to that place being so far away from my house because of the price, which obviously now I know they set a cheap price so you can move your stuff and then they’ll increase the price by sending a mail. Staff is not the most friendly as well tbh.
