Ivy has been extremely helpful. The facility is clean and accessible after office hours. I would suggest anyone that plans to need a dolly after office hours, to bring your own. Otherwise, they have them conveniently located in the front office for your use during office hours.

I would suggest doing your research about the pricing before booking. I have used Public Storage for over a year and my rates never doubled. What this company does is sell you a promotion and a few months later they double the price. Other companies may do the same but to double the price is insane. The workers there are easily frustrated and can be "nice nasty."
