good people good company
what makes any company great it's the people, you can have a great plan or a great program or a great a product but if you have mediocre people working for you, your business it's a mediocre business. I have lived in different cities and I have used storage rooms from various storage companies for more than 15 years. so I can compare apples to apples, and in reality a storage room it's a storage room. but what makes the difference it's the people you are dealing with... all I can say that you have a great employee I'm talking about Kim, she has been wonderful to me, she is a good character, sweet, cordial, very respectful and of course very helpful, and as long as you have great people like Kim working for your company, you will have a great company and a lots of happy customers and I'm one of them... so having saying that I'm pleasure to give a five stars rating to Public Storage for the excellent service I have received and also for keeping the buildings and the whole area super clean... Thanks!
